Alice im Spiegelland

Lewis Carroll (1832-1898) hieß eigentlich Charles Lutwidge Dodgson und lehrte Mathematik in Oxford. Er war einer der Pioniere der Fotografie, und eines seiner liebsten Modelle war das Mädchen Alice Liddell, für die er Alice im Wunderland schrieb. Das Buch erschien 1865 und machte seinen Autor weltberühmt.
